Offer of Service (OOS) gives Venturers and Rovers the opportunity to take an active role in making camp happen. OOS members help run activities, support camp operations, and create an enjoyable experience for everyone while still participating in the camp themselves. It is a chance to work with other senior youth, take on new challenges, and enjoy a unique camp experience that goes beyond being a participant.

Camp planning

Scouters play a key role in making this camp safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone involved. While the youth take part in the activities, Scouters help supervise, support patrols, and ensure that camp runs smoothly throughout the weekend.
Safety is always the top priority. Scouters are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, following camp guidelines, and being available to assist with any issues that may arise. They also help encourage positive behaviour, teamwork, and participation across all groups.
This camp is a shared effort, and the support from Scouters helps create the structure that allows Scouts to fully enjoy the experience.
